Prices are per flat, per week, sleeping a maximum of 4 guests in flat 1, 4 + 2 guests in flat 3 and 6 guests in flat 2.

Winter short breaks are available from the end of October at a daily rate of £60 per couple plus £10 per extra person, Christmas/New Year short breaks £85 per night per couple plus £10 per extra person.Both with a minimum booking of two nights.

Prices include all bedding, linen, bath & kitchen towels, please bring your own beach towels. All heating, electricity and hot water costs are included along with some basic grocery supplies.We do ask that you replace items that you may use, thank you.

We now provide a laundry service for all guests (at an extra cost), so you can really be on holiday!

The central landing area has a selection of books, games, videos and DVDs as well as plenty of local information to aid in making your holiday as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.

We have parking spaces for one car per flat on the front forecourt of the property.

Please note that all flats are non-smoking, and due to reasons of hygiene we do not take pets.
